MS Glass Line Baffle

An MS Glass Line baffle is a component used in glass-lined vessels or tanks to improve mixing and reduce vortex formation. The baffle is made of mild steel and is coated with a layer of glass lining to provide a non-reactive and corrosion-resistant surface.The baffle is typically installed inside the vessel perpendicular to the agitator shaft. Its purpose is to break up large vortices that can form in the liquid when it is being mixed by the agitator. The vortices can cause uneven mixing and may also damage the glass lining of the vessel.
